What we do.

The cost, time and expertise required to achieve a planning consent can mean that it’s a prohibitive process for many landowners – this is where MSL can help. MSL specialises in land promotion, a process whereby we partner with you to maximise the value of your land, at our own cost and risk. There are a number of approaches to land promotion available; option agreements, promotion agreements and joint ventures. Whilst we are happy to facilitate any of these three partnerships as appropriate, our preferred approach is to work with you through a promotion agreement.  

 

Promotion AgreementS

A promotion agreement is an attractive choice for many landowners to sell their land, as the company they chose to promote their land will fully fund the process. This means MSL will incur all costs associated with gaining residential led planning consent, resulting in zero risk for you, the landowner. In return for taking on all risk, MSL will then share in the upside of the value created once the consented piece of land is sold via competitive tender to the highest bidder.

We understand choosing who to promote your land is a major decision, which is why we believe in fully partnering with landowners, committing our own funds to projects and aligning our interests with no third-party capital involved.
