A promotion agreement is a straightforward legal contract between you, the landowner, and Makestone Strategic Land. The first step in the process is to meet with you to understand your unique requirements and expectations.
If we believe we can be of service to you, we will then formulate a proposal which will define the terms of our agreement and detail the strategy for successfully promoting your land through the planning system.
You are free to be involved as little or as much as you like. Either way, your MSL dedicated project manager will always available to either meet with, or speak with you, regarding updates and to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
Once we have signed the agreement all costs associated with promoting your land are taken on by MSL. We receiver our share of the upside, only when the land successfully achieves planning consent and is sold in the marketplace. This share is typically between 10-20% of the end sale price. As our interests our fully aligned, we are incentivised to achieve best value possible for your land.
