In some instances planning may be refused at the local level, at which point MSL would formulate a strategy to appeal the refusal.
This is a common situation and nothing to be concerned about. Our team of highly experienced experts and consultants regularly run appeals with great success. As with all stages of the process, all costs are completely covered by MSL.
