Step 4.
Once planning consent has been secured on your land, we will market it for sale.
At this stage we will agree the marketing strategy for the land with you. We will also deal with any technical issues that may exist concerning access, drainage, ground conditions and any other investigations that may need to be taken to ensure we get best price possible for your land.
The land will typically be sold by informal tender which is a competitive process ensuring we maximise the land value.Only at this stage, once the land is sold, will we receive our agreed percentage share of the sale proceeds.
