At this stage MSL will begin due diligence on the site. This may take the form of ground investigations and site surveys, or pre-application discussions with the local authority, community stakeholders and other interested parties. This work will inform the masterplan and overall planning strategy for your land, which will evolve based on feedback, until we are ready to submit a planning application for you.

 MSL has an extremely thorough approach to land promotion, meaning you can trust your dedicated project manager will prepare your land so it has the best chance of success. During the masterplanning stage we will work with and engage additional market leading experts to help facilitate this process.
